10. Reward yourself for completing small goals.
Remember each day is a new start, eat meal to meal.

One bad meal does not ruin the entire day.

9. Drink green tea or herbal tea instead of coffee.
If you drink coffee increase your water consumption.

8. Allow yourself 1/2 hour each day for relaxation and de-stressing.


7. Aim to eat 5-6 small meals per day or every 3-4 hours.
Never skip breakfast as it starts up your metabolism for the day.
