    This is a group cycling exercise class preformed on stationary bikes. The class leader guides spinners through a pretend bike course for 45-60 minutes. Many trainers say that a good spin class can burn up to 600 calories. Great for those who enjoy biking.
  5. Yoga
    Is a type of exercise which improves posture and promotes a state of relaxation. Yoga classes range from beginner to master and are offered in most cities. A great exercise to strength train the body and quiet the mind.
