Healthy Muffins at Beanz

Beanz Expresso Bar makes the healthiest muffins in downtown Charlottetown every day. They have a daily “low fat” and “lower fat”, muffin options which are allowed as a snack on the weight loss program. The muffins are made fresh each day and include fruit and spices. Commercial coffee shop muffins can be over 500 calories and over 12 grams of fat. So if your downtown and looking for a healthy snack, try a lower fat muffin!

Cookbook Recipe Submissions

Rachelle is hoping to publish a cookbook sometime this year, and is now taking recipe submissions from clients. If you have a recipe you would like to submit please email it to positivechange@rachellewood.ca or bring it to your next weight in session. Also if you have feedback about the weight loss recipes on program please let Rachelle know prior to publishing.

Newspaper Success

In January the Guardian, Charlottetown's newspaper, published a story about Rachelle’s personal weight loss and company story. The article was written by Mary MacKay and picked up by the Canadian Press. Since the end of January the story has been published in 14 newspapers from BC to NFL! Rachelle is receiving congratulatory emails from all across the country, and enjoys reading and responding to her cross country fans. If you have not read the story, check it out on the website.
