If you’re in Moncton this weekend don’t forget to check out the Wellness Expo, (www.wellness-expo.com/Seminars.htm) which runs from 10-5 on Saturday and Sunday. This years EXPO is NB’s largest and features many informative seminars and booth exhibitors including healthy food! The Expo is held at the Moncton High School, (Mountain Road), and the public are asked to enter the school via the back door. The first 150 people to visit the EXPO each day are given a special gift bag which including free wellness products and gift certificates.

This year’s keynote/ feature speaker is Wade Lightheart who is the author of the book, “Vital Power”. His seminar is titled- Producing Optimal Health and Vitality without Diets, Drugs or Doctors.
After looking through the seminar line-up, Rachelle is excited to attend many sessions including one titled- Angels Speak. This seminar is hosted by Kimspirational who is a Doreen Virtue certified Angel Therapy Practitioner. Kim’s seminar will teach participants how to communicate with the angels and past loved ones. Kimspirational is hosting a weekend workshop in Charlottetown PEI May 1-3 which Rachelle is also attending at the Health Within Holistic Centre.
Rachelle will be visiting this years Expo and looks forward to seeing her many NB Holistic Healing friends and Canadian School of Natural Nutrition students.
