Congratulations to all the clients who stayed on track over the holidays season and accountable to the in office weight loss sessions. You are
the, “smart ones”, and have gained dietary control prior to entering the year’s most tempting season. People use the holidays as an excuse to overindulge but it doesn’t have to be.
One simple tip to keep you on track is to keep your portions under control and limit yourself to 1 starch serving per meal. For example turkey dinner with all the trimmings often includes 4-5 starch servings. Indulging in all those extras can increase your intake by over 500 calories. Choose wisely and be proud of your dietary control, and enjoy the compliments that will follow!

Holistic Iridology is a service which involves analyzing iris patterns to determine imbalances and deficiencies within body systems. Group Weight Loss Challenge Summerside- January 2010
