If your New Year’s resolution involves being more active be sure to stop by Dynamic Fitness this weekend. Located on lower Queen Street, Charlottetown’s first hot yoga and sport conditioning studio is offering a FREE orientation weekend. Staff will be on hand to educate current/prospect clients about the studio’s various service offerings. Attendees are able to ask questions about classes while learning from group instructors.

Since I began working out at Dynamic Fitness this Fall I’ve pretty much stuck to the same 2 classes, cardio spin and hot yoga. Although I enjoy both classes immensely I feel the need to challenge myself more. I’m especially looking forward to learning more about the reformer and AFF classes, which I hope to work into my 2011 training routine! Workouts are never boring at Dynamic Fitness; they have so many options to choose from!

Here is a list for this weekend’s activities:

- Friday, 5:00pm - 5:30pm  Adult Functional Fitness (A.F.F.) Orientation. This small group training, designed by Dynamic Fitness is like having a personal trainer with the support of a team!  Never reach your potential in the gym... now you will!

- Saturday, 9:00am Essence of the YHot Yoga Series. As the heat slowly rises learn the ins and outs of our Hot Yoga series.  Great chance to ask any burning questions you might have!

- Saturday, 10:00am Reformer Orientation. Pilates based resistance machines, what are they and what can they do for you!

- Saturday, 11:30am Pilates Mat Foundation. Discover why Pilates is the best foundation for any training program. 

- Sunday, 11:00am FREE HOT YOGA CLASS. Our 90min class will be free for everyone! Be sure to give it a try, your body will thank you!



If you’re curious about hot yoga you can give it a try for FREE this weekend. On Sunday at 11 am Steve will be teaching a FREE hot yoga class. Be sure to stop by the studio early as I predict this class will fill quickly. Steve’s classes will turn you into a “hot yogi” in no time at all. I’ve noticed many positive changes to my body composition since practicing hot yoga 2-3 times a week. I’m longer, leaner and more flexible. But most importantly I enjoy the detoxification and relaxation benefits, you’ve got to try it!
