Ok people Happy Valentines day everyone.alentines day is just around the corner.  Time to come up with your game plan. Do you do the same old, same old. Superstore after work, 40 bucks gets you flowers, card and chocolates. Boom Done. Well that’s one option. Lets go a step furthur this year. Lets think about this, what does he/she really want??? Million dollar question, no not at all.

1. Help around the house
2. Chocolate
3 .Sexy time

What says I love you, more than cooking for someone? Don’t be scared, its ok, you can do it. Just to keep it simple for you and somewhat routine, after work, stop at the grocery store. Ok here is your list: (Check you cubbord before you go to work may already have a lot of this stuff- sweet deal)

1 Flower, your choice ( sometimes less is more )
1-15 ounce can of unseasoned black beans
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
6 tablespoons unsalted organic butter
1/2 cup honey plus 1 teaspoon stevia
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Vitamin L- aka The love Vitamin- Add lots and lots!

Your task at hand is to make a chocolate flourless cake, that you both can eat, anywhere anyway you chose (insert your creativity here).

So you run her a nice warm bath, may want to give her some wine and a book, you will be a bit.

Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9" cake pan with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray. Dust cocoa all over the inside of the pan, tapping to evenly distribute. Cut a round of parchment paper and line the bottom of the pan, then spray the parchment lightly.

Drain and rinse beans in a strainer. Shake off excess water. Place beans, 3 of the eggs, vanilla, stevia and salt into blender. Blend on high until beans are completely liquefied. No lumps! Whisk together cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat butter with honey until light and fluffy. Add remaining two eggs, beating for a minute after each addition. Pour bean batter into egg mixture and mix. Finally, stir in cocoa powder and beat the batter on high for one minute, until smooth. Scrape batter into pan and smooth the top. Grip pan firmly by the edges and rap it on the counter a few times to pop any air bubbles.

Bake for 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cake is done with the top is rounded and firm to the touch. After 10 minutes, turn out cake from pan, and flip over again on to a cooling rack. Let cool until cake reaches room temperature.

Now hurry and get that kitchen cleaned up. This is going to be a Valentines day you will both remember. Play your cards right and you could get exactly what you want for Valentines day too. Wink Wink.

Happy Valentines day everyone Laughing
