Dear Weight LOSS Seekers,

I know you do it. We all do it. But it’s always in secret, our secret. …until we’re ready to overcome it.  I’m talking about dietary sabotage.

When was the last time you bought a treat just because you were perfect all week? Or maybe you’ve recently bailed on a few exercise classes. Why not honor your body by doing the right thing? Think about how much more you can enjoy life as the healthier slimmer individual that you desire to be.

The dietary devil, aka : sugar +fat+salt, seems to call out “our” names  from day to day. Being in control means that you are able to overcome the voice. That’s where my clients aspire to be. Most of them reach it through accountability and from within (our inner drive to succeed).

So what if that fire’s not burning? Your weight loss has been slow to say the least. I’d suggest you re-evaluate your diet and begin tracking  your foods. Begin to measure each and every serving size and PAY ATTENTION. Chances are that over the weeks your portions may have become a little larger. Remember you can never eat too many veggies.  Keep lots on hand for easy munching!

Sometime I wish food labels could talk back to us. Dear Weight Loss Seeker, did you know that I, a premium expensive gourmet ice cream, contain 26 grams of fat per ½ cup serving.  And if you ate all of me that would be slightly over 100 grams of extra fat eaten per day….which is one heck of a dietary indulgence.  But come on, I KNOW you’ve done it.

The only permanent way to lose weight is to listen to the angelic voice telling you to make the healthy choice.  Keep yourself motivated and accountable by tracking your success. A dietary coach is well worth the investment. Perhaps you should consider working with team See Results.
